Aroma Bath
The therapeutic effect of fragrances and aromas are increasingly becoming more important in today's regenerative medicine. Essential oils can help reduce tension and fatigue, and improve general health and alertness.

An aroma bath offers the ideal combination of steam amd fragrances in a comfortable environment which is not quite as hot or humid as steam rooms and saunas. Traditional health-enhancing aromas include lavender, myrrh, eucalyptus, pine, camomile and rosemary.

Laconium
Are you a Goldilocks ? If the Finnish sauna is too hot, and the humidity of the steam bath is simply too much, the Laconium bath is for you. With under seat heating and a temperature of around 40 centigrade, the Laconium bath stimulates your blood circulation, activating a natural purification process. You can easily spend up to an hour relaxing in the Laconium.

Rasul Room
The ancient Egyptians knew the value of the purifying and relaxing effects of natural mineral-rich mud of various colours. Covered in these muds, you relax in the warm atmosphere of the Rasul. Gentle clouds of mild fragrant steam fill the room gently washing away the mud, before you shower down in reviving cool water.

Hamam bath
Created during the time of the Ottoman Empire, a Hamam the classic Turkish bath and plays a central role in the history of the Middle East. The Hamam is a place for relaxation, health and socialising. A visit to the Hamam is good for the body and soul, relaxes muscles and improves circulation. Hamam is based on a combination of hot and cold water treatments, steam bath and massage.

Steam and Salt bath
The salt bath has a temperature of 35-40°C with 100% humidity. A fine sea salt mist is diffused into the room to recreate a natural seawater experience. The aim is to provide relief from conditions such as asthma, dermatitis and bronchitis. Lighting and music enhance the experience.
